Parenting workshop for those supporting teens who feel feelings very strongly. Come learn DBT-informed skills and creative oppurtunites to strengthen your relationships + in turn, improve the communication in your home! This workshop will be a combination of lessons, art intervantions, and role-plays- so you will leave confident with your skills!
An art therapy workshop for teens that will explore mask making history, psychological reasons behind "masking"- and an opportunity to create their own masks out of plaster! We will use these to explore how other's see us versus how we see ourselves- and work towards bringing those two concepts into one cohesive whole
