Groups have maximum of 6 teens, and will be best suited for those who have experienced depression and/or anxiety in the past, or any one who feels emotions strongly. Navigating those emotions can be lonely, and we will focus on building connections and supporting each other while learning how to cope through art and games! 
Groups will be $75 per session, and to ensure everyone has the ability to connect effectively and get the most out of the group- we ask for a semester commitment. Good Mess Therapy is in network with Aetna and Optum/United Insurance companies, and they may cover therapy groups depending on your coverage. The groups will follow the Decatur School Calendar. New Intake Session is required only for new clients.
