Good Mess Groups

Groups at Good Mess are hosted in semester-long intervals. Each group has larger general goals, such as improving social skills, increasing distress tolerance, or strengthening self-esteem; however since they will be capped at 6-8 members, there will be a lot of space for prioritizing specific needs and interests of each member.
